    Abstract:

Applications: There are some varieties of fruits and vegetables which one is generally familiar however, familiarity is less with their processed forms simply because there was no innovative technology available so far to produce them. However, with this innovative technology one can produce and distribute To name a few, Amla sweet Chatpata Hair oil Ginger paste juice wine Tomato Juice puree Soup juice, sauce Sohshang Juice jam Sohphie juice squash and sweet Strawberry Jams squash juice Turmeric liquid paste pickle Aloe Vera face gel and shampoo Rose water and face gel Organic Shampoo Ginger wine Pastes Garlic Onion It can also work as big pressure cooker with temperature control and auto cut off facility. It also has condensation mechanism that helps in extraction of essence from flowers and medicinal plants.
Advantages: Boiling is facilitated with inbuilt temperature regulation. In a true sense, multipurpose: can process herbs, flowers vegetables and fruits and produce many products as mentioned below. It is very useful with respect to employment generation opportunities for SHG, rural and tribal people by processing the fruits and selling value added products. It helps in improving the nutrition and in reducing the wastage of fruits, herbs and other perishable items.

THE VISION
THE MISSION
ABOUT I-STEM
It has always been the basic tenet of the Government of India, in generously funding R&D efforts at academic institutions over the years, that facilities established through such support be made available to those needing them and qualified to make use of them for their own research work

However, this was never easy or straightforward for, among other reasons, there was no ready source of information of what facility was available and where. Thanks to the Web, it is much easier today to have a national and regional “inventory of resources”, so as to match users with the resources they need, and to do all this in an efficient and transparent manner.

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
