    Abstract:

Applications: Hand sanitizer is a frontline weapon to combat infectious diseases including COVID19. When the soap and water are not available, hand sanitizer is the only easiest way to disinfect the hand. In recent infectious scenario, the increased demand and high market price of hand sanitizers have motivated us to develop cost-effective and improved hand sanitizers. While the alcohol-based hand sanitizers are among the best type of sanitizers to kill the microbes, the use of alcohol and other chemical based sanitizers may cause skin discomfort in terms of dryness of the skin and etching. We have developed an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with enhanced skincare. We added many natural and herbal ingredients to enhance the skincare and fragrance of the hand sanitizer while keeping the fundamental chemicals such as alcohol at perfect amount to maintain its efficacy. The efficacy of our hand sanitizer is then validated by NABL accredited lab, our hand sanitizer kills 99.99 percent germs

THE VISION
THE MISSION
ABOUT I-STEM
It has always been the basic tenet of the Government of India, in generously funding R&D efforts at academic institutions over the years, that facilities established through such support be made available to those needing them and qualified to make use of them for their own research work

However, this was never easy or straightforward for, among other reasons, there was no ready source of information of what facility was available and where. Thanks to the Web, it is much easier today to have a national and regional “inventory of resources”, so as to match users with the resources they need, and to do all this in an efficient and transparent manner.

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
