Abstract:
The present disclosure described herein above has several technical advantages including, but not limited to, the realization of (a) new class of photochromic organic compounds of α,γ-dialkylated alcohol; (b) process for the preparation of α,γ-dialkylated alcohol which;  is carried out under mild reaction condition;  is simple, economical and environment-friendly; and  provides high yield and high purity α,γ-dialkylated alcohol. Throughout this specification the word “comprise”, or variations such as “comprises” or “comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusion of any other element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps.

Thanks to the Web, it is much easier today to have a national and regional “inventory of resources”, so as to match users with the resources they need, and to do all this in an efficient and transparent manner.

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
