Abstract:
The present invention relates to casket of cell phone for the reduction of its electromagnetic (EM) radiation. More particularly, the casket box design is based on the frequency selective surface (FSS) in a broad frequency range of 0.5 to 3.0 GHz to reduce the EM exposure of cell phone to the human head in order to reduce the effective specific absorption rate (SAR).

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
