Abstract:
The present invention relates to menstrual Cramp and Pelvic floor rehabilitation and fitness device for men and women which would be helpful in strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and hence, giving relief to women from menstrual cramps. Regular use of this device can prove to be beneficial for those women experiencing 10 menstrual cramps during their period since this equipment helps in strengthening the muscles surrounding the pelvic region. The menstrual Cramp and Pelvic floor rehabilitation and fitness device for men and women comprising of a foot stand (63) connected 15 to a pair of second stands (42,43) at one end thereof supporting a back and head neck support base (56), wherein a resistance frame (37) is placed above the support base and between a pair of first stands (1,2) positioned adjacent to the foot stand. The length of the foot stand is adjustable. The resistance frame is 20 loaded with extra weights (33, 34) during performing exercise to increase the difficulty level of user

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
