Abstract:
A method for the prepartaion of lubricant for Mechanical expander machine is given in the invention .Selection of suitable components such as polyol esters -based on monomeric to trimeric carboxylic acids with bis, tris and tetra alcohols along with polyoxyethylene ethers, triglycerides, antioxidants , dispersants, surfactants , co solvents , S,N and P based EP additives , deformer, rust inhibitor , multi metal passivators and biocides .The composition and method of preparation are suited of mechanical expander used for cold straightening of guging of length wise welded steel pipes /tubes.The composition developed is import substitution .
