The general stages of the development cycle of a vaccine are: 1) Exploratory stage 2) Pre-clinical stage 3) Clinical development 4) Regulatory review and approval 5) Manufacturing 6) Quality control We are at Pre-clinical stage and further collabration with suitable enterprises are required for advanced of the developed formulation.

    Abstract:

Applications: Oral vaccination to mass population of developing countries like India for any age groups of patients.
Advantages: Oral dose of DPT vaccine is required due to inherent problem associated with injectable DPT and their advantages are as follows: 1. Reduces pain and discomfort 2. Risk of infection 3. No need of trained person for administration 4. Avoid fear of injection in Indian rural population

Thanks to the Web, it is much easier today to have a national and regional “inventory of resources”, so as to match users with the resources they need, and to do all this in an efficient and transparent manner.

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
