    Abstract:

Applications: 1) Prevents over speeding of vehicles through Dynamic Speed Limit at set locations using GPS such as near Schools, Market place tight corners, Crowded place. 2) Auto Speed limiter limits the speed of vehicles at set locations there by acting as virtual speed beaker so no need for actual construction of a speed breakers cutting down road construction cost & also Preventing reckless driving 3) The GPS attached to vehicle can also b used to locate the vehicle if stolen or lost 4) keeps the measure of how well the driver actually drives - gives an unit for insurance company whether to provide insurance or not based on his driving record 5) If this technology used in more vehicles creates ecosystem of its own reducing accidents & increasing road safety 6) In present scenario,as per the new Road safety rules Uber drivers have not exceed more than 40 kmph in their total journey. There by increasing total journey & running 40 kmph at full gear leads to incomplete combustion & there by more pollution & effect the life of engine in long run. So by using technology auto Speed limiter automatically puts the limit & check on the speed of the vehicle when needed for example at corners & corwded areas etc. at through GPS at set locations but removes the speed bar when unnecessary which allows the car to go at desired speed. In addition to own GPS data set speed limit & the speed limit at set location through GPS can be set by Road Safety Comission Govt. Where they seem fit. There by ensuring road safety & not Hindering Vehicle performance or total journey time. 7) This technology can be paired with any vehicle ( Electric or IC engine based ) & also the actual speed & set speed can also
Advantages: The major problem we try address is to reduce road accidents & to increase road safety, we started developing this technology since 2017. In this regard so far the invention provides the following solution for the above address problem: 1. Addressing the issue of over speeding & reckless driving by creating dynamic speed limits through GPS at set locations 2. keeps the measure of how well the driver actually drives - gives an unit for insurance company whether to provide insurance or not based on his driving record 3. Compels the driver to wear a helmet ( incase of Bikes ) Here we are trying to limit speed through GPS at pre set speeds at set locations but the device can also be integrated with Cameras for real time speed limiting So far only few have tried to address these problem but we tried to solve this in a novel way possible such that it does not hinder the performance of vehicle but rather compliments it. So the way we tried to approach & solve this problem in a novel way

THE VISION
THE MISSION
ABOUT I-STEM
It has always been the basic tenet of the Government of India, in generously funding R&D efforts at academic institutions over the years, that facilities established through such support be made available to those needing them and qualified to make use of them for their own research work

However, this was never easy or straightforward for, among other reasons, there was no ready source of information of what facility was available and where. Thanks to the Web, it is much easier today to have a national and regional “inventory of resources”, so as to match users with the resources they need, and to do all this in an efficient and transparent manner.

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
