Abstract:
A dual luciferase assay to monitor autophagy particularly, macro-autophagy and pexophagy, and other related autophagic pathways in living cells. The dual luciferase assay employs firefly luciferase, renilla luciferase and green fluorescent protein (GFP) as a marker.

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
