Description : A bioreactor is a large vessel, which is used to grow bacterial and fungal culture on a large scale under optimum conditions to produce large quantities of the biological products, like biomass, enzymes, biochemicals, bioflocculants, etc. It is designed for microbial culture and fungal culture growth. This bioreactor contains a Glass in-situ autoclavable model with 5 litre capacity and 4 litre working volume, in-situ Glass Reactor, top and bottom stainless steel plates, Lipseal stirrer assembly, 2-impellers, 4-baffles, air sparger, air exhaust, acid, base inlets, inoculum ports, Port for PH, DO, Temperature, Heating finger, Heat exchanger for cold water circulation, and pressure sensor etc. The Bioreactor works in temperature (internal +5 ºC to 121 ºC), pH (2-12); Agitator: (50-800 rpm) - PMDC Motor. It is equipped with imported serializable pH and SS DO sensor (Broadly James-USA), Temperature and Pressure Sensors.
