Description : The instrument features a non-contact, low-mass motor delivering continuous forces from 0.1 mN to 18 N, combined with a frictionless air bearing for superior sensitivity and accuracy. Its unique optical encoder offers 0.1 nm resolution over a 25 mm travel range, while DirectStrain™ and Intelligent Autoranging enable precise measurement across a wide stiffness and frequency range. With dedicated environmental systems, including exclusive air chillers capable of cooling to –100 °C without liquid nitrogen, the system ensures accurate control under varied test conditions. High-stiffness, low-mass clamps, an intuitive touch-screen interface, and powerful TRIOS software simplify setup and operation for both novice and expert users. Reliability is further assured with the industry’s only five-year furnace warranty.
