Description : Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer can be used to study the structure of molecules, the interaction of various molecules, kinetics or dynamics of molecules, and the composition of mixtures of biological or synthetic solutions or composites.10-30mg sample is dissolved in suitable Deuterated solvent (CDCl3,D2O,DMSO,MeOD etc) made in to true solution and can perform experiments such as H1, C13,DEPT,COSY, NOESY, HMBC,HSQC,HMQC, etc NMR’s advantage is it’s unique ability to allow the non-destructive and quantitative study of molecules in solution.
