Description : This upright laser scanning confocal microscope equipped with two multi-Alkali PMTs, one T-PMT, two TLDs, and two HyD-RLDs. Light sources: 405 nm, 488 nm and 552 nm lasers for confocal imaging. Tunable (680-1300 nm) and fixed wavelength (1040 nm) Femtosecond pulsed lasers for multiphoton and SHG imaging. EL6000 fluorescence illuminator. Motorized x-y scanning stage, z-galvo stage and resonant (8000Hz) scanner. Live cell imaging with temperature and CO2 control. Scientifica stage for live animal (intra-vital) imaging. A workstation with a copy of the LAS X image analysis software is available for image analysis and processing.
