Description : • Upright widefield microscope is equipped with AxioCam HRc (color) and HRm (monochrome CCD) cameras. • Light sources: X-cite series 120 for fluorescence imaging with multiple filter sets (DAPI, GFP, RFP and DsRed) and HAL 100. • Capable of Bright field, Darkfield, DIC, Phase contrast and fluorescence imaging. • ApoTome high-resolution capabilities: Structured illumination to achieve thin optical sectioning and diffraction-limited images with high SNR.
