Description : • Inverted laser scanning confocal microscope equipped with two PMTs and one QUASAR detectors (32-channel spectral detector) • Light sources: 405 diode, multiline argon (458, 488, 514), 561 and 633 lasers and X-Cite 120 series illuminator. • Motorized x-y scanning stage, z-galvo stage. • Suitable applications include colocalization studies, immunofluorescence, FRAP and time courses and spectral unmixing. • Live cell imaging with temperature and CO2 control.
