Description : •Inverted laser scanning confocal microscope equipped with two PMTs. •Light sources: 405 diode, multiline argon (458, 488, 514), 561 and 633 lasers and X-Cite 120 series illuminator. •Motorized x-y scanning stage, zgalvo stage. •Anisotropy module with the polarization beam splitters in the scanner and filterhood. •Suitable applications include colocalization studies, immunofluorescence, FRAP and time courses and spectral unmixing.. •Live cell imaging with temperature and CO2 control.
