Description : • Inverted laser scanning confocal microscope equipped with one GaAsP, two PMTs detectors and one Non Descanned Detector PMT. • Light sources: 405 diode, multiline argon (458, 488, 514), 561, 594 and 633 lasers, tuneable femtosecond pulsed laser (690-1040 nm) and X-Cite 120 series illuminator. • Motorized x-y scanning stage, z-galvo stage. • Suitable applications include colocalization studies, immunofluorescence, FRAP, time courses and spectral unmixing. • Suitable for thick tissue imaging. • Live cell imaging with temperature and CO2 control.
