Description : The MiniFlex600 is a new model of the MiniFlex Benchtop X-ray diffractometer seris. The MiniFlex600 has significantly improved its basic performance, maintaining the compact size of MiniFlex series products. Features includes: Incorporating the real-time angle correction system, compact detector, and other features in the MiniFlex600 powder XRD system has significantly enhanced its basic specifications in terms of angle acuracy, intensity and P/B ration. Such compact XRD system delivers high quality data obtained from large XRD systems. Standard configuration; 1. An X-ray generator (XG) : Power source of 600 W (40kV - 15mA) X-ray generation with X-ray tube holder (sealed off X-ray tube) 2. Goniometer capabilities with meaurement unit at 2theta diffraction angle.
