Description : Differential Scanning Calorimeter (PerkinElmer DSC 6000). Differential Scanning Calorimetry is a thermal analysis technique that measures the exchange of heat energy of any material during a physical or chemical change at constant pressure. The equipment measures the thermal behavior of a sample with respect to an inert sample which does not undergo any change upon heating over the specified range of temperatures. Thermal analysis of the sample can be studied under a controlled heating rate of a very high precision in a wide range of temperatures. These measurements will be carried out under inert environment.
