Description : Specifications of Laser Scanning confocal Microscope system 1. Fully motorized inverted microscope: a. Capable of Bright field, fluorescence and DIC illumination b. High resolution confocal grade objectives Plan Apo 2x,10x, 20x,40x, 60x and 100x. c. High resolution monochrome sCMOS camera with 4.0 MP resolution 2. Confocal Scan Head and Detection system a. Scan head with dual imaging capability: fluorescence imaging and real time Confocal imaging. b. Hybrid scanner: I. Galvano scanner with speed upto 7-10fps at 512X512 II. Resonant scanner with speed of 25-30 fps at full field view. 3. Transmitted light detector for Bright field and DIC imaging, standard detector for normal fluorescence & confocal imaging and spectral detector for spectral imaging. 4.
