Description : Powder as well as thin film samples can be characterized with this instrument. It's maximum operating voltage and current is 45kV and 200mA equipped with Copper K-alpha source and a solid state D/Tex Ultra 250 detector which can obtain XRD patterns at high speed and with good resolutions.
