Description : Polarizing optical microscopy is light microscopic technique that has provision of illumination of polarized light on a sample. The IR Tech microscope is configured for transmitted light equipped with a hot stage LINKAM, two eyepieces and a camera for capturing image and recording video. The equipment is provided with a 360-degree rotating stage with a pair of clips. Sample can be placed on the glass slide with cover slip on the rotating state provided connected to the heating stage. This microscope is essentially used to observe textures of liquid crystal samples in heating and cooling cycles. The heating cycle is up to 200 degree centigrade and cooling up to -20 degree centigrade.
