Description : The following operations can be carried out with this instrument: 1. 1D (1 H 1 and C 13) NMR spectra measurement. 2. Determination of13C atomic group by means of DEPT-135 and 90. 3. X-Nuclei likes 11B, 15N, 19F, 29Si, 31P, 37Cl, 77Se, 79Br, 95Mo, 195Pt, etc. 4. 2D measurement includes 2D 1H-1H COSY. 5. HMQC 1H observation: heteronuclear correlation. 6. HMBC 1H observation: heteronuclear long range correlation. 7. HSQC 1H observation: heteronuclear long range correlation. 8. Determination of the molecular structure and conformation and examination of molecular interactions can be achieved by 1D and 2D NMR.
