Description : This system is using picoharp 300 timing electronics along with MPD SPAD PD-50-CTD. The excitation source is Mai-Tai HP Ti:Sapphire laser with ~100 fs pulse width. Excitation wavelength can be varied from 690 to 1040nm and 345 to 520 nm with BBO crystal. The system is equiped with a montana s50 cryostat for measurements from 4K to 350k. Also, the PL emission passes through the spectrometer which acts as a monochromator to take trpl of narrow emisssion lines.
