Description : The Central Advanced Instrumentation Facility at the IISER Berhampur houses a Bruker Ascend ™ 700 MHz AVANCE NEO NMR spectrometer. The primary mission of this Central Advanced NMR Facility is to make NMR spectroscopy available to researchers of the Institute, and to a limited extent, to the academic and industrial labs in the vicinity. Basic training for experimental liquid state NMR is provided to PhD students and postdocs, enabling them to perform their own NMR experiments. Advanced experimental liquid state NMR spectroscopy (running 2D experiments, multidimensional NMR, etc.) is performed by the technical staff. Most standard NMR experiments have been implemented on the spectrometer. Features The following operations can be carried out with this instrument: 1. 1D (1 H 1 and C 13) NMR spectra measurement. 2. Determination of13C atomic group by means of DEPT-135 and DEPT-90. 3. X-Nuclei 15N and 13C. 4. 2D measurement includes 2D 1H-1H COSY, NOESY ROESY TOCSY, 1H-1
