Description : NextSeq 500 works on Illumina’s proven Sequencing by synthesis (SBS) technology which enables rapid sequencing of whole genomes, exomes, targeted panels, and transcriptomes in a single run. With SBS v2 chemistry, the NextSeq Series provides exceptional accuracy at any coverage level. The NextSeq 500 instrument is capable of generating read lengths as follows: single-end 75 bp, single-end 150 bp, paired-end 2 x 75 bp, and paired-end 2 x 150 bp.
