Description : Raman range: 50 cm-1 – 4000 cm-1; Spectral resolution: ~ 0.2 cm-1; Spatial resolution: 0.5 micrometer; Laser excitation wavelengths: 325 nm (He-Cd); 532 nm, 785 nm, and 976 nm; Photoluminescence measurements: 400-1000 nm; Objectives: 40X (NUV); 50X (LWD), 5X, 10X, 100X; 2D and 3D imaging with 0.01µm Z-resolution; Open Electrode CCD air-cooled to -60°C; Gratings: 600, 1800, 2400 g/mm. Note: A Maximum of 4 samples will be handled in One Hour Slot.
