Description : The Confocal Microscopy facility at DST PURSE Lab, GITAM provides researchers with access to advanced confocal imaging equipment, enabling the acquisition of high-resolution images for both in vivo and in vitro studies. The facility also offers comprehensive training and support for using confocal microscopes for various applications. The training includes optimizing image/data acquisition and image processing, equipping researchers to efficiently design experiments, capture image data, and extract meaningful insights. The Evident (Olympus) FV4000 CLSM facility is accessible to all GITAM researchers and external users on a fee-for-service basis.
