Description : This tissue dissociator is exceptionally versatile, featuring heating, cooling, and perfusion technology. It is capable of preparing single-cell and single-nuclei suspensions, providing flexibility for a wide range of research applications. Easy to use - place samples and reagents into gentleMACS Tubes, select needed program among more than 80 predefined programs or user-defined programs provided. Up to eight samples can be processed simultaneously or independently, even with different applications and at different temperatures.
