Description : Agilent-1260 Infinity II HPLC : The High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) is used for precise measurement of the concentrations of individual compounds in a mixture. It is equipped with UV and RI detectors. It is one of the widely used techniques in the fields like: clinical research, biochemical research and Industrial quality control, etc. The principle involved in HPLC testing is the separation of compounds in a mixture. Segregation of compounds is due to their relative differences in travel through the column on the application of pressure exerted through the mobile phase or carrying liquid. Sample Requirement: We need minimum 0.5 mL liquid sample filtered through 0.2 µm filter
