Description : The reactive distillation unit is equipped with instrumentation designed for safe, stable operation and accurate process monitoring. OMEGA FLV flow indicating controllers regulate and display key inlet streams (e.g., reactants, reflux, or utilities), enabling consistent flow delivery and improved control of reaction–separation coupling. Complementing this, the OMEGA LVR flow transmitter provides continuous flow measurement signals to the control system/PC, supporting real time trending, mass balance checks, and alarm functions. A float level transmitter monitors liquid holdup in the reboiler or receiver, helping prevent flooding, dry out, and unstable column hydraulics by enabling timely drain or make up actions. Temperature and pressure indicators placed at critical points (column, reboiler, condenser, and feed locations) allow operators to track reaction zone conditions, vapor–liquid equilibrium behavior, and pressure drop—essential for product purity and safety.
