Description : The high pressure autoclave (Make: Amar Equipments Pvt. Ltd., YOP: 2016) is a robust stainless steel unit designed for safe sterilization and high temperature/pressure processing. The system is housed in a stainless steel chamber (1040 × 410 × 1350 mm), offering corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life under repeated thermal cycles. Heating is provided through an integrated heater with an injection box, enabling controlled steam/heat input and uniform temperature distribution across the working zone. For improved turnaround time and operator safety, the unit includes an automatic cooling system that accelerates post cycle cooling and helps bring the chamber back to handling conditions in a controlled manner. Built in pressure sensors continuously monitor internal pressure, supporting reliable process control and enhancing safety by enabling alarms/interlocks or shutdown actions during abnormal pressure excursions.
