Description : Thermal Screening Unit testing makes it easy to determine the conditions of temperature, pressure and concentration at which chemicals can be safely stored and handled. TSU testing can be performed for a liquid, slurry and solid samples at 4-5 gm scale. TSU can analyse the sample till 400 °C temperature and 200 bar pressure. Process development and Process safety Thermal and pressure behavior of a chemical over a user defined temperature scan rate (0.1 to 10 °C/min). Time from exotherm to explosion. The "Onset" temperature for the reaction where the exotherm is detected. Pressure “Onset” information. Residual/non-condensable gas generation during a process. Vapor pressure.
