Description : Nikon N-STORM imaging system with TIRF module; dual camera (Prime95B and Orca fusion BT) for simultaneous two color acquisition; image spllitter for smFRET; 405, 488, 561, and 640 nm lasers; 20X, 40X, 60X, and 100X objectives; on-stage incubator for live cell imaging. This microscope can be used for single-molecule tracking in live cells (under HILO illumination), smFRET, STORM/PALM, DNA PAINT, smFISH, 3D/4D/5D/6D imaging of live and fixed cells.
