Description : Grinding: The initial stage involves using coarser abrasive media (like silicon carbide paper) to remove significant surface defects, scratches, and other imperfections from the material or specimen. Honing/Pre-Grinding: This function refines the surface after the initial rough grinding, often to eliminate deeper scratches and stains and achieve a more uniform, flat surface before the final polish. Polishing: Using progressively finer abrasives and softer pads or cloths, the machine refines the surface to enhance gloss, clarity, and achieve a smooth, scratch-free, mirror-like appearance
