Description : The Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) system is a powerful tool for measuring particle size and size distribution in suspensions or solutions. It analyzes fluctuations in scattered light caused by Brownian motion and calculates hydrodynamic size using the Stokes–Einstein equation. With a measurement range from sub-nanometer to micrometer scale, it is widely used for nanoparticles, proteins, colloids, polymers, and emulsions. iSTEM users can apply DLS for studies on drug delivery, vaccine formulations, protein stability, nanomaterials, and quality control. The system requires minimal sample volume, offers rapid analysis, and ensures accurate, reproducible results.
