Description : The Lyophilizer (Innova Model) is a precision system designed for the freeze-drying of heat- and moisture-sensitive materials through controlled sublimation under vacuum. It is widely used for preserving biopolymers, pharmaceuticals, food materials, and nanomaterial suspensions, ensuring long-term stability and maintaining functional integrity. The Innova model enables sensitivity in Lyo-cycle optimization by precisely controlling vacuum level, shelf temperature, and freezing conditions, allowing researchers to define and refine process parameters for reproducible drying performance. However, process optimization remains sample-specific, requiring careful adjustment of these parameters to achieve uniform and efficient drying. The system has limitations in handling solvent-based or large-weight samples, as they demand extended drying cycles and higher vacuum capacity, which may not be feasible within academic operation hours and present model.
