Description : Mastercycler X40, 100-240V, 96-Well, Gradient, Aluminium Thermoblock, Touch Interface, ACT certified, EU und US-Plug Aluminium Block for 96 x 0.2ml/0.1ml PCR Tube One 8x12 PCR plate Gradient PCR, capable of testing 12 different temperatures simultaneously across a gradient range of 1 - 30 deg C. The Gradient PCR system (Eppendorf make) is a high-precision thermal cycler designed for amplification of DNA and RNA templates with optimized temperature uniformity and gradient control. The instrument allows the simultaneous optimization of annealing temperatures across a defined range, making it ideal for primer standardization and protocol development. It ensures uniform temperature distribution across all wells, delivering reliable and reproducible PCR results for a wide range of molecular biology applications.
