Description : The High Resolution MALDI-TOF/TOF Mass Spectrometer system is specified for advanced analysis of polymers, oligosaccharides, metabolites, peptides, proteins, glycans, oligonucleotides, lipids and small molecules of natural and synthetic origin; mass range 500 Da–500 kDa or wider with Time-of-Flight/Reflectron analyser technology and capability for Linear, Reflectron and MS/MS modes; linear mode resolution ?2000 FWHM with mass accuracy ?90 ppm external and ?30 ppm internal calibration and sensitivity up to 500 fM for 66 kDa analytes; reflectron mode resolution ?26000 FWHM with mass accuracy ?10 ppm external and ?2 ppm internal calibration and sensitivity around 500 aM for 1000 Da analytes; MS/MS (TOF/TOF) capability with precursor ion selector, CID fragmentation using true 20 keV high-energy collision cell and differential pumping for efficient ion transmission; matrix assisted laser desorption ionization source with positive and negative ion modes and ion acceleration up to ±20 kV; hig
