Description : The ZEISS Lightsheet 7 is an advanced light sheet fluorescence microscope (LSFM) designed for fast, high-resolution, and low phototoxic imaging of living and optically cleared biological samples. It enables multiview 3D imaging of whole organisms, tissues, and organoids with subcellular resolution by separating illumination and detection pathways. The system supports long-term live imaging with minimal photodamage and allows imaging of large specimens (up to ~2 cm) across a wide range of refractive indices. Equipped with high-sensitivity detectors, specialized sample chambers, and patented Pivot Scan technology, it provides uniform illumination and artifact-free imaging. It is widely used in developmental biology, neuroscience, organoid research, and whole-organ imaging studies.
