Description : Radiant P–E Loop Tracer / Ferroelectric Tester is an advanced electrical characterization system used to study ferroelectric, dielectric, piezoelectric, and multiferroic materials. It measures polarization–electric field P–E hysteresis loops, which help determine important ferroelectric parameters such as remnant polarization, saturation polarization, coercive field, switching behavior, leakage contribution, and fatigue response. Radiant ferroelectric testers are also used for hysteresis, pulse, leakage, I–V, and C–V measurements, making them suitable for both thin-film capacitors and bulk ceramic samples. The instrument applies controlled electric-field waveforms to the sample and records the corresponding charge, current, and voltage response with high precision. This allows detailed analysis of ferroelectric switching dynamics, dielectric nonlinearity, polarization retention, fatigue endurance, and field-dependent material behavior.
