Description : The JASCO FTIR-4X is a high-performance Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrometer designed for rapid and accurate chemical characterization of a wide range of materials. Operating over the mid-infrared region (typically 4000–700 cm?¹ wavelength), it enables detailed identification of molecular structures, functional groups, and chemical compositions for research, industrial, and quality control applications. Equipped with a Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) ATR crystal, the system allows direct, non-destructive analysis of solids, powders, thin films, coatings, and liquids with minimal sample preparation. The ZnS crystal provides moderate chemical resistance and broad infrared transmission, making the FTIR-4X a versatile and reliable tool for routine material characterization and advanced spectroscopic investigations.
