Description : FCM is an automated instruments that quantitate properties of single cells, one cell at a time. It can be used to enumerate, measure cell size, cell granularity, the amounts of cell components such as total DNA etc. This instrument is with low end cell sorter to sort cell(s) of interest into a separate containers based on the properties of each cell (NOTE: this sorting module is non-functional as of now).
