Description : The system is equipped with a 3-laser, 14-color fluorescence detection system, comprising Blue (488 nm), Violet (405 nm) and Red (640 nm) excitation lasers, along with two scattering parameters (FSC and SSC). The combination of these three lasers provides flexibility for the simultaneous detection of multiple fluorochromes and facilitates comprehensive multiparametric analysis of biological samples. The 3-laser configuration enables multicolor flow cytometric analysis for the identification and characterization of different cellular populations using a wide range of fluorescently labelled antibodies and dyes. The system is suitable for immunophenotyping, cell-surface and intracellular marker analysis, cell-cycle analysis, viability and apoptosis studies, and other multiparametric flow cytometry applications.
