Description : The 600 MHz microimager / spectrometer is interfaced with wide bore (89 mm) 14.1 T Magnet System, NMR Spectroscopy in solution In vivo MR imaging and spectroscopy, One Dimensional NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 15N, 31P), Inverse detection of 13C: 1H-[13C]-NMR spectroscopy, Two Dimensional NMR Spectroscopy: Homonuclear: COSY, DQF-COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, etc); Heteronuclear (1H-13C and 1H-15N based HMBC, HMQC, HSQC etc.), Anatomical Imaging: T1 and T2 weighted Imaging of Brain, Abdomen, etc. 1H MRS: Localized 1H Spectroscopy (STEAM and PRESS). Relaxation Study: T1 and T2.
