The Central Sophisticated Instrument Facility (CSIF) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay is a state-of-the-art research infrastructure that hosts a wide range of advanced analytical and characterization instruments, designed to support high-end research and development activities across academic institutions, industries, and national laboratories. As a nationally recognized facility, CSIF, IIT Bombay plays a pivotal role in supporting innovation and technological advancement across various sectors.
This meet will provide a platform for interactive demonstrations, technical discussions, Lab visits and guidance on accessing our facilities. We are committed to supporting MSMEs across India by making our instruments and technical expertise available on a chargeable, service-based model, designed to be accessible and cost-effective for MSME/startup uses. We look forward to working with MSMEs to support their growth through advanced research and development.

This initiative, conceived and supported by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, creates a centralized platform for sharing publicly funded R&D equipment and facilities across various institutions throughout the country.
