This Faculty Development Program (FDP) is designed to empower educators, researchers, and academic professionals with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) for teaching, learning, assessment, content creation, and research activities. The program aims to bridge the gap between emerging AI technologies and modern educational practices by enabling participants to integrate AI-driven solutions into their academic workflows.
Beyond theoretical understanding, the FDP emphasizes real-world applications through interactive sessions, guided activities, and a post-program innovation challenge. Participants will explore strategies to enhance classroom engagement, improve academic productivity, streamline research processes, and develop innovative educational resources. The event further encourages creativity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and technology adoption within higher education and school ecosystems.
The scope extends to fostering an AI-ready academic community capable of adapting to future educational transformations while maintaining ethical, responsible, and effective use of artificial intelligence for sustainable academic excellence.
